Passed away unexpectedly after a short illness, on February 17, 2016 at Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga. Bill will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Grace, his children; John and Louisa, Jocelyn and Ken, Henrietta and Harry, Ralph and Susan and stepchildren; Sonya and Paul, Yolanda, Theo and Lori, Catinka and Matt. He was a special Opa to 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Bill will also be missed by his extended family and friends, here in Canada and in Holland. Bill was predeceased by his wife, Sjoukje (Sonya) in June 1985 and his daughter, Jeanette, in December 1985.

Friends will be received at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 365 Queen Street East, Acton on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Christian Reformed Church. A Private Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery.
