To the children Of Fern, Please accept my condolences. I was a roommate with Fern at Oakville Hospital in June 2014. Today,I saw the obituary in Milton Champion Newspaper. I could not believe that. Fern was a very positive person, full of joy and happiness. All the time, she tried to give me some positive points and help me to believe in my recovery. I am sure she will be missed by so many. I still have the art piece she gave it to me. I told her I will frame it so each time I see it I remember her sentence"I can do it". Your family will be in my prayer. Rest in peace dear Fern
