After 95 wonderful years, this beautiful angel earned her wings … Thelma passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Milton District Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Gilbert (1990). Sister of Dolores Jordan. Dear mother of Debbie and Roger MacDougall, Dolores and Dave Black and Jim Jordan. Grandma to Scott and Amanda Rowsell, Chad and Jen Rowsell, Greg and Angela Black, Tara and Jason Heideman, Troy and Angel MacDougall, Treth and Danielle MacDougall, Jason Jordan, Laura and Brandon Jordan. Great grandmother to Jordan and Gabe Rowsell, Lexi and Jack Rowsell, Alyssa and Madden MacDougall, Hudson, Cooper and Tucker Heideman, Misael and Luis Jordan, Olivia and Lilly Black.
