Grace passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, November 21, 2022 after battling a long illness. She is survived by parents Raul and Cecilia Mendes, brother Raul (Cathy), sister Carm (Joe) and long-time friend Robin. Wonderful Aunt to Lindsey, Dalton (Jasmine), Christopher (Catherine), Stephanie (Steven), and Matthew (Alyssa). Great Aunt to Elizabeth, Skylar, Salara, Madelyn, Kristofer, Francesco and Emily. Grace has extended family in Toronto, Montreal and in the Azores, Portugal. Her kindness will always be remembered and her memory cherished in our hearts forever. We love you.

A memorial visitation will be held at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St E, Acton, on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 12 – 1 p.m.
A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m.
