It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, nanny and sister,
Gloria Helen Vermeulen on Monday July 5, 2021 at home peacefully with her family at her side.
Gloria was born to Amy and Bill Martin in Sandy Point, Newfoundland. She is predeceased by her loving husband Jack Vermeulen (2007).
She will be forever loved by her children Lori (Todd) McIntyre, Rob (Lynda) Vermeulen, and Paul (Diane) Vermeulen.
She was so proud of all of her beloved grandchildren Maja (Vince), Lauren, Justine (Justin), Brett (Peter), Ryan and Dylan.
She was a sister to Bill Martin, Val (Paul) Hawkey, Don Martin and Marilyn (Randy) Dickinson, and cherished all of her nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Gloria was an angel among us. Her Christian faith was her driving force with countless visits to those confined in their homes due to illness, holidays spent packing Samaritan shoeboxes for needy children, and many church fundraisers. She would drop everything she was doing to pray for someone who needed it.

Thank you to all the angels on her care team, she enjoyed all of you.
Cremation has taken place and a service will follow at a later date.
