Obituary for Josephus Van Opstal
Sadly the family announces the passing of Josephus (Jos) Van Opstal, peacefully at Riverbend Place (Cambridge), reunited with “mum” Gerarda (Leuris) 2015.
Joey, Pop, Father had a passion for camping, building Lego, woodworking, taking in the fall colours and most of all cooking for his four sons and their families.
Adrian (Julie), Gerard (Karen), Martin (Helen), and Frank (Kathie). Loved Opa of Josh (Sarah), Amber (Matt), Christine (Chris), Andrew (Colleen), and Stacy. Great Opa to Caitlyn, Tayla, Evelyn (Josh), Alexis and Lucas (Christine). Remembered by his brothers Karel and Jan, in the Netherlands. Predeceased by Peit, Ria (van der Steen), Emmy (Kuijpers) and Ton. Fondly remembered by his extended family here and in the Netherlands.
Cremation has taken place, with private family arrangements.
