DUNN, Fredrick James “Dunny”
February 11, 1931 – March 5, 2020
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Fred, at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Harriston, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 in his 90th year. Fred was the loving husband of Betty (nee Denny) for over 70 years.Loved deeply by their 6 children, Bryan (Enid) Dunn, Johanne (Gary) Lyon, Cathy (Arnie) Andrews, Johnette (Dan) Dunn-Simms, David Dunn, and Tammy (Mark) Johnson. Cherished Grandpa to 13 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
Fred’s life was simple. He loved his family and friends dearly. He enjoyed sports, mostly baseball and hockey. His favorite teams were the Yankees and the Red Wings. He was always going to win the lottery, and wouldn't miss getting his weekly tickets. He collected coins, he loved music, but his greatest joy was betting the horses.

A Celebration of Fred’s Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 197 Acton, on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 1-3 p.m.
Cremation has taken place.
