SZOKE, Alice Viola
July 3, 1930 – December 15, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alice, on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Extendicare Halton Hills, in her 90th year. Loving mother of Heather (Frank) Oudesluys and Dale Pringle. Alice was predeceased by her sons Brian and Rick (Wilkinson). Proud grandmother of Jocelyn, Ryan (Danielle), Jenn, Jessica and Karlee and loving great-grandmother of Lynn, Quinn and Rosie.
Dear sister to the late Wesley Storey (Marion, deceased), the late Edward Storey (Evelyn), the late Marguerite Cannons (Harry, deceased)
and Bruce Storey (Laura).
Many thanks to the staff, nurses and Dr. Lim from Extendicare Halton Hills for their care, kindness and support.
Family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton, on
Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 7-9 p.m.
Friends are invited to meet the family at
St. Alban the Martyr Anglican Church,
19 St. Alban’s Drive, Acton on Friday,
December 20, 2019 at 1 p.m.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
