LOTT, Helen Eileen (nee Phillips)
February 20, 1922 - July 12, 2019
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on July 12, 2019 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in her 98th year. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (1991). Loving mother of Sheri and the late Keith Green (2013), Cindy, Rick (Judy), Terry (Denise), and Marlene. Devoted grandmother of the late Cody (2007), Kyle, Curtis (Jenn), Kayla, Renee (Don), James (Suellen), Tyler, Austin, Chris and Corey. Special great grandmother of Shelby, Tyler, Kali, Melissa, Ciera, Cynthia, Keelin, Kaleb, Quinn, and Parker. Loving sister of Jeanne Gilchrist and sister-in law Marg Heaney. Predeceased by Keith Phillips and Barbara Phillips. Also remembered by extended family. Eileen enjoyed her time with children and was a special “Mom” to over 100 foster children.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at OTMH for their support and to Acclaim Nursing Service for their assistance in her care.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home,
55 Mill St. E., Acton on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
Interment Meadowvale Cemetery, 7732 Mavis Rd., Brampton.
