After a courageous 20 year fight, Colleen passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at Hospice Wellington, in Guelph ON, on Sunday June 30, 2019 in her 67th year. Loving wife of Ken for 49 years. Devoted mother of Jason and his wife Andrea and Niki and her husband Jeff McNutt. Cherished by her 5 grandchildren Lucas, Cole, Owen, Jacob and Jaden. Colleen will be missed dearly by her sister Karen Lazenby and her husband Bob, and her two brothers Craig Perkins and his wife Linda, Kevin Perkins and his wife Sharon, sister in law Linda Cole, brothers in law Dan Cole and Gord Cole and his wife Karen. Colleen will be missed by her many nieces,
nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home,
55 Mill St. E., Acton on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 12-2 p.m.
Followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m.
Cremation will follow.
