Passed away suddenly at her residence after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the age of 49. Beloved wife of David Jansen. Cherished mother of Brandi-Lynn (Marcel) Lebel and Steven (Sheri) Jansen. Proud grandmother of Brayden, Hayley and Elliot. Dear daughter of Leroy and Theresa McIsaac. Much loved sister of Ken (Sharon) McIsaac. Loving aunt of Lily and Ethan. Susan will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 44 Main St. N., Acton at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Acton.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASHH) would be appreciated by the family.
