July 15, 1929 – January 25, 2019
Peacefully passed away, with his family by his side on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Georgetown Hospital, in his 90th year. Loving husband of Shirley for 63 years. Dear father of Terry (Joy), Joy (Ron), Brian (Brenda),
Tony (Lynda), Ruby (Lormer), Cindy (Lewis) and Penny (Bill). Proud “Pop” of 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Reginald is survived by his sister Doris Rolfe. He will be fondly remembered by his daughter-in-law Rose Thompson as well as his large extended family and many friends.
The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 2-6 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 at The Salvation Army Acton Community Church, 114 Mill St. E., Acton at 1 p.m.
Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or The Salvation Army Acton Community Church, would be appreciated by the family.
