BOGART, Marlene Theresa (nee Gavey)
October 3, 1946 – December 31, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Marlene Theresa Bogart announce her sudden passing on Monday, December 31st, 2018 at the Georgetown Hospital at the age of 72. Marlene will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 51 years, Brian and her children Jason (Susie) and Amanda (Carlo) Finoro. Cherished “Grammie” of Austin, Mykayla, Jessica, Victoria and Devan. Survived by siblings Gary (Martha) Gavey, Ralph Gavey, Gayle Fowler, Anne Louise Robinson and Wayne (Yvonne) Gavey. Marlene will be welcomed into heaven by her parents, Lorine and George and her brother Rick. Marlene will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at
Trinity United Church, 70 Mill St. E., Acton.
Followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Terry Fox Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
