MURPHY, Carol (nee Somerville)
August 31, 1954 – October 7, 2017

Passed suddenly, at her home in Sauble Beach, on Saturday October 7, 2017 at the age of 63. Devoted mother of Sara Lyn Murphy (Jason) of Sauble Beach and Lisa Murphy-Gemmill (Aaron) of Lindsay. Loving and proud grandmother of Jonas, Levi, Andre, Odessa and Roczen. Much loved daughter of Jean and the late Fyfe (1978). Carol is survived by her siblings Susan (Dan) Allen, Scott (Trish), Craig (Debbie), Clark (Jennifer) and David (Tammy). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Carol will be sadly missed by her friends in the agricultural community, 4-H Ontario, dairy memorabilia collectors, the “Ya-Ya” sisters of Evangel Pentecostal Church Acton and many more.

55 Mill Street East, Acton, Ontario on Wednesday, October 11, 2017
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Knox Presbyterian Church,
44 Main Street North, Acton.
Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation, Ontario Dairy Youth Trust Fund or a rural organization would be
