The family of George Nicholls sadly announces his passing on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Credit Valley Hospital after a courageous battle with Lung Cancer.

George was in his 72nd year and was the best friend and loving husband of Patricia (née Clark).

He was the loving father of Michael (Sharon), Wendy Spurrell (Tim), Dawn Pulver (Anthony) and Rosanne Nicholls and the very proud Poppa of Nicky, Jesse, Kaleigh, Crystal and Courtney. He is survived by his step-brother Wayne Hill and his sister Eleanor and was predeceased by his sister Shirley Scott.

George – we hold dear to our hearts the memories you have given us and you will be greatly missed. Cremation will be followed by a spring interment at Fairview Cemetery.

Friends are invited to join the family to celebrate George’s life in the Ladies' Lounge of the Acton Legion on Saturday, March 2nd from 11.30 to 2.00 p.m.
